Meineke Car Care Center

They never said no to anything I asked. They gave me A couple of options. They were Helpful with questions, They were professional, installation was right on the money, exactly what I was looking for, and they were fast. I will keep going back to them in the future. My Challenger sounds amazing And they had to make the exhaust on the Spot. They created it not just swapped it out. They know what they’re doing.

Here’s a polished review you could use: The team at the Royal Palm Beach Meineke was terrific. Our contact person, Josh, was extremely helpful, professional, and kept us informed throughout the process. The service was excellent, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and would gladly recommend them to others.

Dishonest. Do not choose Meineke. We chose our local Meineke shop in Royal Palm Beach because they advertised a coupon for full synthetic oil change + tire rotation for $79 online. We made a 9am apt & showed up bright & early & also asked they throughly check for any issues surrounding our coolant running out the day prior. We waited an hour for the car to be taken back and another hour and 15 minutes for them to complete the oil change. They told my husband they would not honor the coupon price due to increased oil prices as a result of “the war” despite the coupon being active & valid according to the Meineke website. They also informed us they checked the coolant & there were no issues. By that evening our coolant was empty again. We chose to go to Tires Plus who informed us we had a damaged part causing the coolant to leak & also showed us that our 2 back tires were worn down severely in the interior side. Meineke failed terribly. Both at failing to honor a posted coupon, not bothering to accurately check & diagnose a problem nor inform us of unsafe tires. I will never go there & do not recommend anyone trust their vehicle or time with them.

Awesome service shop in a great location with the absolute best people there. Josh was extremely helpful in listening, assessing my situation, and getting me back on the road. Lots of places will just talk at you and upsell to hit their daily goals but Meineke has people who really understand and diagnose your problem, as well as informing me the next steps on how to keep up maintenance. Can’t say how much I appreciate the help, if there is a line, these guys are worth the wait. Shame I don’t keep cash on me to tip anymore for when you meet people like Josh.

Only giving three stars because they choose to not honor the company’s online coupons. The guy at the desk said their location doesn’t participate in the online coupons. I get that they don’t want to lose out on money, but people should be aware that the coupons you see online are not going to be accepted here. I only come here because it’s closer to home than the dealership. But their pricing is now the same for an oil change so you’re better off just going to your cars dealership. This place will not save you any money.
